The Hen House is a restaurant which engaged DM PR & Marketing to handle its launch when it opened its doors in Exeter. Husband and wife team Martin and Ewa Siewierski and their business partner Monika Pieprzyk designed a menu based around healthy chicken dishes and bought a barbecue machine which cooks the chicken on an open fire, so that customers can see and smell it being cooked.

We looked after the whole process of launching the restaurant, which included producing flyers and banners, decorating the premises for the launch event, and a promotional team handing out flyers in and around the city centre. We also organised photography and handled the pre- and post-event social media exposure.
